- Do you design plastic injection parts?
As Plasser Mold Division, we have product designers who help meet your functional needs and design a part optimized for mold design and mouldability.
- How long does it take to make an injection mold?
Usually takes 4 to 10 weeks, depending on size and complexity.
- What kind of molding services do you offer?
Plastic, rubber, silicone,and polyurethane
- Do you offer extended molding services such as assembly, packaging or decoration?
We offer assembly work, ultrasonic welding, heat bracing, CNC machining, pad printing and packaging options.
- Do you design and make moulds?
Yes, we see it as an advantage that we can both design and make the molds of our customers and shoot the production parts under the same roof. It provides a much smoother process in preparing and operating a mold in production.
- Can I leave the injection mold in your factory?
The dimensions of a molded product may vary depending on its compatibility on a sectoral basis.
- How much does a mold cost?
At Plasser, the customer owns the mold. It is specially designed to make our customer’s parts and is paid for by the customer. It is therefore a customer asset in our facility.
- How do you protect and maintain the health of my mold?
We will use your mold in production to make the parts you need. Upon completion of each order, we will inspect the mold, clean it and then preserve it so that it can be shelved until more items are needed.
